1.0 Agreement; Terms and Conditions

By visiting, using or ordering from this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website.

If you break these Terms and Conditions, Music City Tickets reserves the right to prevent your future use of this website, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action and remedies available against you.

2.0 Changes in Terms and Conditions

Music City Tickets the owner and operator of musiccitytickets.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Posting updated Terms and Conditions on this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective immediately and binding on all users of this website without exception. Therefore, please check this page of the website periodically for updates.

3.0 Ticket Purchase Policy

Music City Tickets hereby discloses that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or profit which has been added to the face value of the tickets, and that, as of the date of your purchase, Music City Tickets, Inc. may have no contract to obtain the tickets at a certain price from a person in possession of the tickets, or from a person who has a contractual right to obtain the tickets from the primary contractor, and may not be able to supply tickets at the price or range of prices identified or advertized on this website.

Music City Tickets, Inc. agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver, prior to the date of the event, the tickets described.

Note that online orders placed after 5PM US Central Standard Time on weekdays or at any time on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.

Also, should Music City Tickets, Inc. fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for, Music City Tickets, Inc.'s sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to Music City Tickets, Inc. under this Agreement.

Music City Tickets, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or for loss or expense directly or indirectly arising from Music City Tickets, Inc.'s obligations under this Agreement, and BUYER agrees to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon it now or in the future under Tennessee law.

Due to policies set forth by the organizers of the events for which tickets are sold on this website, Music City Tickets, Inc.cannot issue exchanges or refunds after BUYER has placed an order, unless Music City Tickets, Inc. is unable to fulfill the order.

Music City Tickets, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are certified as delivered or are in BUYER'S physical possession. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.

4.0 Indemnity

All users and visitors of this website agree to indemnify and hold Music City Tickets, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, including your use of this website to provide a link to another website.

Music City Tickets, Inc. is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to our website. b. What information we gather and track and what we do with it

The IP (Internet protocol) address and browser type of each visitor is automatically recorded in our website site usage logs. This information helps us to administer our website and make it more efficient to give visitors an overall better experience when visiting our site. This information does not help to individually identify any single user or groups of users. Thus, users remain completely anonymous with the type of information gathered.

If a visitor simply browses our site, no personal information is entered and therefore remains anonymous.

A mailing list on which all visitors may register to receive updates on new ticket availability and special offers from time to time is OPTIONAL. Contact information gathered for the mailing list is kept internal to our company at all times. It will not be sold or otherwise revealed to third parties at any time.

From time to time, we have joint promotions or special offers with third party companies and these may be publicized to members of our mailing list. However, at no point will the contact information of members on the list be revealed to our third party partners. All mailings to members will come directly from our email servers.

Members of the mailing list may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time using an easy 2-step procedure. Each mailing sent to members will include complete information at the end of the mailing on how to opt-out of future mailings.

When a visitor makes a purchase on our site, we will collect full contact details and payment information from the customer. Music City Tickets, Inc. is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling tickets at a premium for sporting events, concerts, and theatre. The amount charged over the face value of the tickets represents our fair compensation for the difficulty involved in obtaining premium seating to hard-to-get and sold-out events.

Music City Tickets, Inc. is in no way affiliated with any box office or official organizers (e.g. FIFA, ATP, NBA, NCAA, etc) of the events for which we obtain tickets.

Q. Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?

A. No. All sales are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges.

Q. Will I get a refund if my event cancels? (Refund Policy)

A. Depends. If an event completely cancels and is not rescheduled, then a face value refund will be issued. However, if part of an event cancels, there are no refunds issued. We are not liable for refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, nature, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.

Q: What is a "Broker"?

A: A Broker is defined as "One hired for a fee to negotiate purchases, contracts, or sales". A ticket broker does just that. There are people that want to sell their tickets and there are also people that want to buy those same tickets. There are 2 ways that a broker can do this. The broker can buy the tickets outright from the seller and hope that they can sell them. If the market drops or the tickets don't get sold the broker incurs the loss. The second way is the broker could take the tickets from the seller on consignment and keep a fee if they are sold. Either way a ticket broker puts the buyers and the sellers together for a fee.

Q: Why are the tickets above face value?

A: Tickets are being sold at "Market Price". This means that the ticket brokers are also buying them at well above face value. Basically if someone is selling their tickets to a major event, they generally want to sell them for what they are worth. The majority of the price of the ticket is usually the cost for obtaining them. Then there are general business expenses added to the cost of the tickets.

Q: How do we know that the tickets are genuine tickets?

A: By purchasing from a licensed ticket broker you can be assured that we have taken the necessary precautions to guarantee that they are genuine. We verify all of our sources for tickets and only buy from those that are reliable.

Q: Isn't it true that if it was not for all the ticket brokers that buy the tickets that there would be plenty of seats for the fans?

A: No. Ticket brokers generally have a very small percentage of seats to any event and it does not affect availability at all. Most shows that are sold out would not even come close to having enough seats for all the fans wanting to attend.

Q: Don't ticket brokers purchase large blocks of tickets that are never offered to the public?

A: No. Most performers and sports teams assure that this does not happen. Promoters make sure that the tickets are not sold in advance and impose limits when they go on sale so that one person can not buy a large block. 

Q. Where do you get your tickets from?

A. We buy our tickets from a variety of locations, including; ticket box offices, season ticket holders and other ticket resellers. We often purchase tickets from customers like you who have extra tickets to sell.
